Habits are things we do regularly, often without thinking. They can be good or bad, and they influence our health, behavior, and success in life. Good habits don’t harm you, while bad habits damage your health. Examples of bad habits include procrastinating, smoking, eating too much junk food, or spending too much time on phones or computers. Such habits can affect our health, waste our time, and make it harder to achieve our goals. Good habits are for example eating healthy, getting enough sleep and working out to keep your body and mental health good. These habits help us stay healthy, improve our knowledge, and build good relationships with people. There are habits that are good in one country but bad in other. For example slurping food. It’s a good habit in Japan or China but in other countries like Armenia and England it would be disrespectful to slurp food.
