Bad and good habits
Habits are things we do regularly, often without thinking. They can be good or bad, and they influence our health, behavior, and success in life. Good habits don’t harm you, while bad habits damage your health. Examples of bad habits include procrastinating, smoking, eating too much junk food, or spending too much time on phones or computers. Such habits can affect our health, waste our time, and make it harder to achieve our goals. Good habits are for example eating healthy, getting enough sleep and working out to keep your body and mental health good. These habits help us stay healthy, improve our knowledge, and build good relationships with people. There are habits that are good in one country but bad in other. For example slurping food. It’s a good habit in Japan or China but in other countries like Armenia and England it would be disrespectful to slurp food.
«Fifty years of pop»
Discussion: What music or song do you like listening to? «What is your favorite song, and why do you like it?» Write about your favorite song in details. Who is the author, singer, and lyricist, and what are its origins?
I listen to lots of genres, for example pop, ballads, electropop. There are a lot of artists that I love and few of them are Doja Cat, Ariana Grande, Bhad Bhabie, Bebe Rexha, Meghan Trainor, XXXTENTACION, Lana Del Rey and Mitski. The music I listen to depends on my mood, weather and the day in general. One day I can listen to sad and quiet songs all day long, but the next day I can listen to loud music. Music I listen to mostly doesn’t have deep lyrics, sometimes about self-confidence, love or sometimes about life in general. One of my favorite songs is «Born To Die» by Lana Del Rey. It explores themes of toxic and doomed romance. The title track and album blend 1950s/60s, focusing on living fast to escape the inevitability of death. It portrays a dark, passionate, and often submissive, relationship. But in reality I can’t choose one favorite song that I listen to everyday. Every song can get boring for me anytime, one day I like that song, the next day I hate it. So I choose the playlist for the day that will match my mood for the rest of the day.

Our school gives us a free will to speak and tell our opinions. We actively use technology in our school for the education. It helps students to explore the country by going to several trips with other classes and teachers.
5. The Internet in my life. The advantages and disadvantages of Media education.
There are advantages and disadvantages in every education method. But in Media education there are more advantages than disadvantages. Media education helps us to use laptops and other technology more in our life. The only disadvantage is that some students use that advantage and play games instead of studying, plus spending a long time in front of a device is bad for your eyes.

Examination text 1
Once a sailor went ashore on the coast of South America. He had a number of blue woollen caps with him, which he wanted to sell. On his way to the town some distance from the coast, he had to pass through a forest in which there were great numbers of monkeys. At noon, with the sun directly overhead and the heat intense, the sailor decided to take a rest. He lay down under the shade of a large tree, took one of the caps, put it on his head, and soon fell asleep.
When he awoke, he found, to his surprise, that the caps were all gone! Soon he heard a loud noise among the thick branches above him, and he looked up. He saw the trees alive with monkeys, and on the head of each monkey was a blue woollen cap! The monkey had watched his actions, had stolen his caps while he slept and had put them on, and now they did not pay any attention to his shouts.
When the sailor saw that he could not get his caps back, he pulled off the one that he had on his head and threw it on the ground, crying out, «If you want to keep the rest, you may take this one too!» To his great surprise, the little animals did the same.
