This is Maria. She is ten and she lives in Brazil. One day while she is at school, her teacher Mrs. Fernandes says, “Tomorrow we are going on a trip(գնալուենքճամփորդության). We are visiting the rainforest”(այցելելու ենք անձրևի անտառ (արևադարձային)). “Hooray”,-shout the children. They are all very excited(նրանք բոլորը շատ հուզված են). They love going on trips. Mrs. Fernandes is very worried.(շատ է անհանգստանում).”Oh no, what are we going to do now? The bus isn’t coming back for another two hours”. Nobody knows what to do. Then there is noise from behind the trees. It is a young boy. “Hello, my name is Momoo. I live in the rainforest. My grandmother can help that boy get better. She knows lots of things. Come with me”. Mrs. Fernandes carries Pablo and they all follow(հետևել) Momoo through the trees. He takes him to his grandma. His grandma looks at Pablo and says, “I know, what you need.” Then she goes to a small plant to get the roots(արմատներ) of the tree and cuts(կտրում է) some leaves(տերևներ) from it.
